The Maritime Museum is located in Kota Batu, and represents the historical repository of maritime which include artifacts and craftsmanship during various era. This museum was constructed under the 10thNational development plan with a budget of BND 5 million on a 3.53 hectares (8.74 acres) of land.
The concept of the maritime museum building is a front view of a ship which reflect the involvement of Brunei Darussalam as one of the trade center in the past.
